Personal Growth & Development

Personal growth and development training is a program that runs four to eight weeks depending on the materials that we are studying.  I use John Maxwell’s books to do an in-depth study into personal growth. The books used are: “The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth”, “Put Your Dream to the Test”, “Becoming a Person of Influence”, “Everyone Communicates, Few Connect”, and “How to Be a REAL Success”. Training is limited to 10 people per training to maximize the learning experience.  Training typically runs one hour and thirty minutes per weekly session.

1-on-1 Coaching

I assist individuals who are feeling stuck in their life.  This stuckness can come from a variety of different areas, such as personal life, professional life, business life, or team life.  We work one-on-one for at least 6 sessions to discover the root of your issue. You will be given homework to complete before each session.  I will be available via email, text, or FB messenger with any questions. The coaching sessions can be completed from the comfort of your home via Zoom or Free Conference Calling.

Leadership Training

Leadership training includes workshops, lunch and learns, mastermind-style training, and one-on-one coaching.  I will meet with the company and complete an assessment. Once the assessment has been completed, we will discuss the gaps that the company is experiencing and put a plan into place to fix these gaps.

Leadership Game

The Leadership Game is a tool used to help the assess the company.  The game is played approximately two hours. During these two hours, leadership and communication gaps can be discovered.  This is one of the tools that I use to help assess the training needs of a company.

Youth Leadership Training

I have access to a toolbox of resources to train the Youth from Kindergarten to high school. For the Kindergarten through Third Grade, I read to the children and discuss ways in which kindness can be utilized to bring positivity to the classroom and the community. For Middle School aged children, we utilize John Maxwell’s “iChoose” Program. This program is designed to be a three-year program looking at the choices that youth make and how it impacts what they do and how your choices affect your leadership. This program is conducted is small group discussions to see how each principle is used in their current life and how the youth can change their behavior to become Leaders. For high school students, we use John Maxwell’s “Sometimes You Win, Sometimes You Learn”. This program can be conducted in small groups or a large group setting. We review how challenges faced in life are learning opportunities. This is great for sports teams from middle school on.
